With the growth of LED electronic screens and the expansion of application fields, people have become more and more aware of LED electronic screens, and previously unknown problems have gradually emerged. At present, my country's LED display technology has the following technical problems:


One is the problem of insufficient brightness. The main advantage of LED electronic screens is their strong adaptability to complex outdoor environments. As a characteristic of outdoor environments, LED electronic screens must ensure sufficient brightness to transmit information in sunny, cloudy, rainy, long-distance, multi-viewing and other scenarios. Therefore, due to the insufficient brightness of LEDs, LEDs currently only play a supporting role in the lighting industry and are mainly used for decoration. Using tens of thousands of LEDs at the same time is a greater challenge.


The second is the problem of LED color difference. A single LED is an application with almost no chromatic aberration problems, but when multiple LEDs are used at the same time, chromatic aberration problems will be obvious. Although there are technologies that can improve this problem, due to limitations in domestic technology and production levels, there are still differences between LEDs in the same color area and at the same position, and since these differences are difficult to see with the naked eye, the color reproduction of the LED electronic screen and Fidelity is difficult to guarantee.


Thirdly, LED electronic screen control chip. True color high-resolution LED electronic screen is a new display medium with clear images and high-performance playback functions, so it has received more and more attention. For LED display equipment, three-color LED wicks are the core equipment, so it is necessary to choose high-quality wicks with small wavelengths and uniform brightness intensity. This technology is mainly used in the hands of world-renowned large companies, such as Japan's Nichia Chemical, etc.


Fourthly, Fever. When the LED electronic screen is running, rapid changes in the outdoor ambient temperature will generate specific heat. If the ambient temperature is too high and the heat dissipation is not good, the integrated circuit may not work properly or be burned, and the display system may not work properly.
